Day
1 DEPART USA Depart USA via overnight transatlantic flight  to Istanbul. Day 2 ISTANBUL Upon your arrival at Istanbul’s airport, you will be met, assisted & transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day is at your leisure. Day 3 ISTANBUL A full day tour of the city visits the 6th century Byzantine Basilica St. Sophia, the 17th century Blue Mosque famous for its 6 minarets and the Byzantine Hippodrome, which is now an open air exhibition park with a number of monuments. After lunch you will visit the famous TopKapi Palace & the Grand Bazaar, world’s largest covered market with more than 4000 shops. B, L |
Day 4 ISTANBUL |
You
will drive to the Asian side of the city. Visit Camila hill, Beylerbeyi
palace, the handicraft center on the coast & more. After lunch you
will cruise the Bosporus, the strait that separates the city as
well as Europe & Asia. View famous landmarks such as Dolmabahce
palace, Rumeli Hisar fortress, Tower of Leander and more. B, L |

5 ISTANBUL-ANKARA-CAPPADOCIA
After your morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Ankara, you will be met & begin the city tour of Ankara, with visits to the ancient citadel, the Mausoleum of Ataturk & the Anatolian civilization museum. Here you will see archaeological pieces dating back to the prehistoric age. After lunch in Ankara depart for Cappadocia. Dinner & overnight. B, L, D Day 6 CAPPADOCIA Today you will visit the natural citadel of Uchisar for a panoramic view of the region, the city of Kaymakli established the 7th century by Christians fleeing prosecution. After lunch you will visit the Goreme Valley with its 10th century churches cut out of soft rock with beautiful interior frescoes, then to Cavusin, Pasabag & the Avanos Village famous for its pottery & handicrafts. 7 CAPPADOCIA-ANKARA-IZMIR |

Your
tour continues today with visits to Ortahisar natural fortress &
the town of Urgup. Then depart for Ankara airport with lunch en-route,
for your flight to Izmir. Upon your arrival you will be met and

8 IZMIR (PERGAMOS)
Drive north along the Aegean coast to the ancient city of Pergamos to visit the impressive site of the ancient city. Highlights include the Sanctuary of Asklipios, the Trojan Temple, the ancient Theater & the Acropolis with the Altar of Zeus. B, L Day 9 IZMIR (EPHESUS) Today you will drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. Walk the marble street (Arcadian way), see the Roman baths, the Celsius library, the Theater & more. After lunch you will visit the House of Virgin Mary where she lived her last years. Return to Izmir for an overnight stay. B, L  |

Day 10 IZMIR-ISTANBUL Transfer to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day is at your leisure. B Day 11 ISTANBUL-USA  After breakfast at your hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home. B |

Day 1-6 Same itinerary as OPTION A  Dy 7 CAPPADOCIA-ANKARA-ANTALYA Your tour continues today with visits to Ortahisar natural fortress & the town of Urgup. B, L Day 8 ANTALYA (PERGE-ASPENDOS) After breakfast at your hotel a full day excursion (lunch included) visits the ancient cities of Aspendos, where the best preserved ancient theater is located, and Perge to visit the theater, the stadium and the huge Helenistik & Roman Gates. The spend a day at leisure to explore this beautiful Mediterranean resort city. B, L Day 9 ANTALYA Full day at leisure in Antalya. Enjoy this beautiful resort city. B Day 10 ANTALYA-ISTANBUL Transfer to the airport for your short flight to Istanbul. You will be met & transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.
