Itinerary 
Choice A:

Day 1 Fri USA-ATHENS
Depart New York via overnight transatlantic flight to
 Athens

Day 2 Sat ATHENS
Upon your arrival you will be met, assisted & transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3 Sun ATHENS
Step into history this morning with a city tour of the center of the ancient Greek civilization. Highlights include the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the University, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch & more. Proceed to the Acropolis to visit the museum and the architectural masterpieces of the golden age of Athens. The afternoon is free for your own activities. B

Day 4 Mon ATHENS-NAFPLION
Greece through the centuries will unfold before you on this 4-day classical tour. Depart Athens via the coastal highway to the Corinth canal. Then to Mycenae, where ancient history comes in life with its remarkable Cyclopean Walls, the Tomb of Agamemnon and the 3,000-year-old Lion Gate. Continue to the 4th century BC Amphitheater of Epidaurus to test the incredible acoustics. Overnight in Nafplion. B, D

Day 5 Tue NAFPLION-OLYMPIA
Depart Nafplion driving through the rugged terrain of central Peloponnese, home of Pan and the Nymphs to Olympia. One of the most venerated sanctuaries of ancient Greece, site of the original Olympic Games. Visit the Temple of the Olympian Zeus, the remains of the ancient Stadium and the superb museum. Overnight in Olympia. B, D
Day 6 Wed OLYMPIA-DELPHI
You will drive to Patras, the capital of Peloponnese. Then cross from Rion to Antirion and continue via the picturesque town of Nafpaktos and the seaside areas of Eratini and Itea to the sacred Delphi, on the slopes of Mt. Parnasus, where Kings and Caesars consulted the Oracle. You will visit the Sanctuary of Athena Pronaia, Castalia Spring and more. Overnight in Delphi. B, D

Day 7 Thu DELPHI-ATHENS
Additional sightseeing this morning includes the Sanctuary of Apollo, the Sacred Way and the suburb museum with the famous bronze Charioteer. After lunch (optional) drive through the Village of Arachova, famous for its colorful rugs and carpets & via the towns of Thebes and Levadia to Athens, where you will be transferred to your hotel. B
Day 8 Fri ATHENS
A day at leisure to explore the city; bargain in Monastiraki, take a cable car ride to Mt. Lycabetus or take an optional excursion. B

Sightseeing this morning includes the Sanctuary of Apollo, the Sacred Way and the suburb museum with the famous Bronze Charioteer. After lunch (optional) depart for Kalambaka passing through numerous picturesque villages and typical towns of central Greece. Overnight in Kalambaka. B, D
Day 8 Fri METEORA-ATHENS

Amid striking scenery perched atop huge needles of rock, stand ageless monasteries where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. As you return to Athens, visit Leonida’s monument at the battlefield of Thermopylae and the spa at Kamena Vourla. Early evening you will arrive at your Athens hotel. B

Day 9 Sat ATHENS-USA
After breakfast at your hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
