6. SARONIC ISLANDS CRUISE

At 7.00 in the morning we take you by bus, from Athens to marina Trocadero (Pal.Faliro) where you will embark your cruise boat.

AEGINA: The biggest island of the Saronic Gulf inhabited as from 2nd mil. B.C. with two important archaeological sites, a large cathedral dedicated to St. Nectarios the last canonized Saint of the Greek Orthodox Church, a wonderful fish market, a unique fruit floating market, and an economy based on pistachio nuts. Join an optional shore excursion and learn about the history of this fascinating island. This guided bus tour takes us to the early fifth century B.C. Doric Temple of Afaia, built on the top of the hill offering a magnificent view.Then proceed to the grandiose cathedral of St. Nectarios where his relics are kept. Take some free time to wonder around the little harbour town. Want to have fun? Let us take you to a typical fishing harbor at the south-west part of the island for an "ouzo". Snacks - Events - Surprises!!!

POROS: The smallest of the three islands, covered with pine and lemon trees, situated to the Peloponnesian peninsula. Enjoy a beautiful walk up to the clock tower and admire the panorama.

HYDRA: The "smartest" of the Greek islands. The unique architecture of its houses, the pedestrian narrow streets full of boutiques, exclusive jewelry and handicrafted gifts attract both shoppers and photographers. Let the crystal clear waters refresh and revitalize you.

8. DELPHI (2 days/1 night)

Day 1 ATHENS-DELPHI

Depart through the fertile plains of Boeotia passing the towns of Thebes and Levadia to Arachova, famous for its colorful rugs. After a short stop continue to Delphi. Set in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty lie the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury, Temple of Apollo, Castalia Spring, Seat of the Oracle, the Museum with masterpieces of ancient Greek sculpture such as the Bronze Charioteer, the famous athlete Aghias and more. Dinner and overnight in Delphi. D

Day 2 DELPHI-ATHENS
The morning is free in Delphi. In the afternoon you will return to Athens

9. ARGOLIS (2 days/1 night)

Day 1 ATHENS-NAFPLION

Drive south to the impressive Corinth canal which links battle-scarred Peloponnese with Attica for a short stop. Continue to Mycenae, the city where history comes in life with its remarkable Cyclopean Walls, the Tomb of Agamemnon and the 3,000 year old Lion Gate. Then proceed to the picturesque town of Nafplion nesting at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty Palamidi Fortress. The afternoon is yours n Nafplion. Dinner and overnight in Nafplion(D)

Day 2 NAFPLION-ATHENS

Morning free in Nafplion. In the afternoon you will visit the famous 4th century BC Amphitheater of Epidaurus with its astonishing acoustics. Early evening you will return to Athens.
