Itinerary
Day 1 Fri USA-LIMA Depart USA to Lima. You will be met upon your arrival, assisted & transferred to your hotel. Settle in & relax. The remainder of the day is free for your own activities. ![]() Day 2 Sat LIMA Lima is the industrial, political and commercial center of the country. Morning tour visits the 17th century San Francisco monastery & its unique cloisters, Plaza de Armas & the Government Palace, Court of the Inquisition & the Cathedral. Continue through the boulevard of the republic & the exclusive areas of Miraflores & San Isidro to enjoy a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. In the afternoon you will visit one of Lima’s most famous museums, the gold & arms museum, which houses a priceless collection of gold, silver & copper artifacts of Peru’s numerous past civilizations as well as the private armory of Miguel Mujica Gallo. (B) Day 3 Sun LIMA-CUZCO Today you will fly to Cuzco, former capital of the four ![]() |

4 Mon CUZCO (MACHU PICCHU)
Early this morning you will board the train for a three-hour journey through Urubamba Canyon to the famous ruins of Machu Picchu “the lost city of the Incas.” Machu Pichu was only discovered in 1911 and consists of over 200 buildings. A guided tour will take you through Temples, Houses & sacred Altars of this advanced hidden world. Buffet lunch is included. Return to Cuzco. (B, L) Day 5 Tue CUZCO (PISAC-OLLANTAYTAMBO) A full day excursion includes visit to the famous Indian Pisac Market & the magnificent fortress of Ollantaytambo; the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the Americas. It is believed construction was cut short by the arrival of the Spaniards. Lunch is included. Return to Cuzco for overnight. (B, L) ![]() |

will be transferred to the bus station this morning for your 12
hours ride through magnificent scenery to Juliaca. Upon arrival
you will be met & transferred to your hotel in Puno on the shores

7 Thu PUNO- UROS ISLAND-LAKE TITICACA CROSSING-HUATAJATA
You will the floating islands of Uros Indians in the Lake ![]() Day 8 Fri HUATAJATA-TIAWANACU-LA PAZ Drive to La Paz visiting on the way the ruins of Tiawanacu. The capital of a once great civilization, which reached its splendor around 700AD, was considered the largest city in the world & the “Cradle of the American Civilization”. Ruins of Aqueducts, Temples & the famous Gate of the Sun, which is carved with symmetrical figures, bear witness to the greatness of this ancient civilization. Continue to La Paz via the town of Laja. (B) |

9 Sat LA PAZ
The city of La Paz founded in 1548 is a unique blend of cultures located within a magnificent mountain Panorama. Tour of the city visits a typical Indian market, the famous witch doctor’s market & the San Francisco colonial church built in 1744. Pass the Plaza Murillo where the Cathedral, the Government palace & the National Congress buildings are located. Then visit the famous colonial street “Calle Jaen” in the old colonial La Paz & the archaeological Temple of the Tiawanaku period. Continue through the areas of Obrajes, Calasoto & La Florida to the Moon Valley. The remainder of the day is at leisure. (B) Day 10 Sun LA PAZ-USA After breakfast at your hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your departing flight home. (B) ![]() |
